Hi Unknown,
Start counting your menstrual cycle from when your period STARTS.
The day it starts is day 1. You will normally ovulate between days 11 and 16. It varies.
A normal cycle runs 28 days (4 weeks) but it can be a little longer or shorter.
As to getting pregnant, sperm can survive up to about 5 days. Your egg is only viable for about 48 hours after ovulation.
The window of likely pregnancy is therefore from about day 6 of your cycle until day 18. Normally you are safe to have sex starting about 10 days BEFORE your period is due to start.
There is ALWAYS the chance of getting pregnant though.
Hope it helps.

You didn't say when your period started. It doesn't matter when it ends. Some women have short periods, maybe 3 days while others can have them for 6 or 7.
All I know is you had sex 3 days after your period ended. Unless your period is shorter than 3 days then there is a chance of pregnancy.
