- Pregnancy is measured in weeks from the start of the last menstrual period, that being the only certain date.
- "July 7,2012 i was 2 months && a week" is not the usual way of giving the length of time. Are you sure it wasn't "9 weeks".
- "a day after my last menestural period which was May 13,2012" possibly means you period started 7th May
- 7th May to 7th July = 62 days. That is 1 day short of 9 weeks.
You haven't said anything about your usual cycle length, the day your period started, or the dates in June you had sex.

Your period is 6 days, not your cycle, which is typically 28 days.
With a 28-day cycle, ovulation would be assumed to take place on 21st May. However, if you ovulated 2 days later, it would have happened on the 23rd May when you had sex with your last partner. That could happen because your cycle is regularly 30 days, or because that time it was delayed. Indeed, from 2 to 7 days later than 21st May would put 23rd May in your fertile days. It would have to have been delayed by 11 days to put 1st June into your fertile days.
I imagine the "two months" was 2 period-months of 28 days (8 weeks) and with the extra week you arrive at 9 weeks, and the dates work out fine.

You haven't told me your cycle length (period start to period start) and whether it is regular or not.
Assuming you have a regular period of something like 28-30 days, the sexual intercourse of 23rd May seems the most likely candidate for leading to your pregnancy. But 1st June is not an impossibility.
