First off....your penis wont change size by masterbating, but your still only 13, so you in general have alot of growing to do, Masterbation or not....your penis will grow.
Secondly, why do you want to stop Masterbating?
If it is interfering with your other day to day tasks, then maybe you should slow down. How many times a day do you masterbate? If its only once, that common for boys your age(some do it more than that). I'd like to help you with your questions, but I just wonder why you want to stop all together.

No matter how many times you masturbate each day,2-4-5 or 8 or more,that is not important.When I was 13 I could do it 7-8 times,but not every day of course. I agree with Canadian Girl,why you want to stop all together???
