About two weeks ago I had unprotected sex with a girl. I felt my penis head hurts. It looked sore. Apparently she had an old tampon up there!!! Anyway two weeks on I now have a single small white spot/ulcer near the eye! I am obviously worried it is an std but hoping it is an affect from the bruising! Please help ASAP thanks

Only a visit to the doctor or clinic will let you know if it is an STD; however, it does sound like you may just have acquired some unwanted bruising from pushing up against the tampon. Try soothing it with a quality penis vitamin cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) that includes a notable emollient such as shea butter. Good luck!
