It sounds as though you are uncirumcised and the other boys are circumcised. If you live in the US, this is very common. The majority of boys have been circumcised - although it is starting to change.
They've had their foreskin cut off. You haven't.
You will have more nerve endings and should experience greater pleasure during sex. You are very NORMAL and should really appreciate what you have.

Aditionally to what medic-dan said, you could actually stretch your foreskin gradually so that you could take out the tip of your penis. You could do this while in shower, watching TV or something, just try not to pull it back all at once for it might hurt you, and this process might take some days or weeks, and later you'll be able to cover or uncover it at will. This is, if you rather not undergo a surgical procedure to get circumcised

It could be required by their religion. Also, in the US, since most of the dad's have been cut it's normal they'd want their kids to be cut.
