How is a 13 year olds penis supposed to look?

Im 13 years old, and i was washing my penis in the shower, and every other penis that i have seen (mainly other 13 year olds) looks... different. Is there something wrong with it, or have i just not matured into it yet?

How does it differ from the others? When I was about 5 my mother told me I might see other kids who didn't look like me because they had the (fore) skin cut off and mine wasn't. Later when the neighbor girls decided to check me out, one of them remarked that mine didn't look like her brothers. I pulled my foreskin back and she said "now it does". So is that what you are talking about?

Oh, so the foreskin is the weird flap of skin at the head? Whenever i try and pull it back, it hurts. Is there some problem with that?

Can you determine why it hurts? Is it stuck to the glans or is it just tight? If it's tight you can stretch it by pulling it back until it won't go any more and hold it there for a few minutes. Keep doing that as often as you can and it should start going back a little more each time. If you can get your little fingers in the end of it you can stretch it that way too.

It's normal for it to "hurt." Your foreskin protects the nerves on the glans (head) of your penis and they aren't used to being exposed. You'll get used to it.

It's also normal for your foreskin to NOT fully retract until around age 16 or so. '

It all depends on your age and different components like if you’re circumcised or not. If you have problems pulling your foreskin back, you should talk to your doctor or physician about that. The foreskin usually rolls itself back when you’re 6 years old but in some cases it takes a bit later (teen or late teens) like 13-17. Hope this helps!
