My doctor prescribed Strattera to me six months ago for Borderline Personality Disorder. I have a mild case, but one of the main problems is my impulsive behavior. With Strattera, I stop and think before reacting. I take 100 mg in the morning but I’m wondering what are the withdrawal symptoms of Strattera?

Straterra is a drug similar to an antidepressant. It is not a stimulant and is not addictive. Some side effects that I have noticed are headache, eye pain, restless sleep and nosebleeds. Of all of these, the restlessness at bedtime is the only "big" problem. Nausea is common too, you should take it with food.

I had to stop taking Straterra last year when the insurance company stopped paying for it without another series of tests, so I called the company that makes it and they assured me that there are no withdrawal symptoms if you just stop taking it.

I found it to be true when I did stop, and had no problem resuming it a few months later after all the tests were completed and the insurance covered it again.
