Im nearly 18 years old and have been taking Yasmin pill for two weeks. Reason for going on this pill was to regulate my periods and for contraception. I think people really take things overboard, and really over exaggerate about the side effects of this pill. Come on, having suicidle moments on the bathroom floor due to a pill...I know some pills can do that but yasmin? come on. I seen one woman complain about having severe cramp in her shin area and she blamed this on yasmin, seriously. I think people are just having placebo effects and need to carry on with thier day to day lifes as if they arent on the pill. People who suffered with headaches before taking the pill, and then went on the pill, started blaming the pill for them, when in reality, its not. Its just them having an excuse as to why they feel like that all the time. As to weight issues..well. Call me opinionated, but I think people are super idiotique and stupid when they complain about thier weight whilst being on Yasmin pill. People sit around all day, dont eat the right foods, and dont excersise at all and gain weight, they blame this on yasmin. I know other pills can make you severley gain weight, but its actually proven that yasmin keeps your weight the same, balancing it out. Its up to you, you control your body, you control your cravings and what you ut in your pie hole and what you dont.o.O
Anyway, more to the point... :-)
Pros and cons...hmmm
- Weight has stayed the same, plus ive stopped smoking, which is meant to make you gain weight, but i havent.. (Good diet and excersize..see, it is possible to stay the same weight on yasmin)
- Breasts are the same for now, then again, its only been two weeks:|
- Labido has increaced by a small amount
theres not really any cons so far that i know of
