Recently I during masterbation I have noticed that a yellowish jelly like substance has been emerging from the side of the penos, not the tip, and smells a bit dodgey. I haven't made sexual contact and am still a virgin so I don't think it can be an STI, but it could be some sort of infection. Any ideas what it could be?
