I AM A MALE IN MY MID 40'S . I HAVE NOTICED IN THE LAST YEAR OR SO LARGE SORES ON MY INNER THIGHS, NOTHING ON MY GENITALS. THEY WILL SWELL AND MOST OF THE TIME COME TO A HEAD AND BLEED AND A YELLOWISH SUBSTANCE WILL ALSO DRAIN FROM THE SORES. THEY ARE VERY PAINFUL UNTIL THEY DRAIN. I AM A CLEAN PERSON AND SHOWER 2 TIMES A DAY.
DOES ANYONE HAVE A SIMILAR PROBLEM OR KNOW WHAT THIS COULD BE

I have a similar problem, large sometimes up to the size of a quarter pimple like sores on my inner thighs. I thought it was from my thighs rubbing together, but that only seams to aggrivate it, not cause it. I don't know what to do about it, they can be very painful, especialy if one is very large and alot of walking (like for school) is required of me. According to what I read online they might be boils or small clutsers of staph infections that need to be treated with antibiotics topicaly and or orally. I dont have medical insurance at the moment, so Im trying to find a cheaper at home remedy.

I'm not sure of I have the same sores, I don't get pimple like sores, mine r like hard knots in side my thighs around my groin area but are extremely painful to walk, when I get up and when I lay down. I'm 23 and this just started happening about a year ago, does any1 have the same problem
