Hello, my name is Alex and I'm 15 years old. Around the age of 14 a greyish/yellowish sort of hard bumps/lumps have been forming on my scrotum. I am a virgin male and from my research what I have is either fordyce spots or sedaceous spots. Some basic information of my bumps/lumps is that it's nearly impossible to pop and around 1-4mm in diameter. In 2 cases that I have popped the bumps/lumps a grayish puss like substance came out however the other the other had a yellow puss substance. I have done my own research and found that the gray and yellow substance is quite common. However after reading numerous posts about 45% of people say they have successfully treated the lumps/bumps by squeezing. I have recently tried making a hole to squeeze of the hard bumps/lumps and all that's come out of it is that it seems kind or darker and hurts only when I touch it. It is really only an aesthetics kind of case but is prefer not to have it. Also these "bumps/lumps" can very similarly be compared to a pimple Can someone tell me wether I have fordyce spots or sedaceous cyst. Truthfully non of the bumps have reached more than 4mm in diameter. Thank you very much!

Hello alex, I am 14 years old and have sebaceous on my scrotum. It is very common for teenage boys to have. Some people get have larger ones than others. they are perfectly normal nothing to worry about. Trying to get rid of them by popping them will be very painful and is not worth it as i have tried.
