I am 16 years old , I'm a virgin, and I have multiple  pimple like bumps on my penis shaft, ive tried popping a couple and got like a white puss looking substance come out of it but it just grows back, ive even tried put pimple cream on it but it doesn't seem to be working, there's no possible way that's its an STI, I've never done anything sexual with anyone, please I need help on how to get rid of them they don't have hairs growing out of them and I do shower as much as the next male , it also goes like completely up the shaft, bottom to top  and I don't have any idea on what it is.
