It sounds like a std, if you have anal sex. If you don't and just have vaginal intercourse, you could have hemmoroids on your anus and an std in your vagina.

My Doctor said that is you have discharge and it smells its most likely some type of infection...its the discharges that don't smell that you have to worry about.
