This exercise is great for your arms and especially your biceps. To perform this exercise you will only need two dumbbells.
Stand straight up with your feet shoulder width apart and your legs straight. Place dumbbells in hands with palms facing in.
Your arms should be close at your sides. As you lift the dumbbells, curl them by twisting your wrists on the way up. After the twist your palms should be facing up. Do not move your elbows throughout the exercise and do not swin
