First of all, about the type, I much prefer a round, smooth-walled implant. It gives the most natural appearance in my opinion. If you use an oval-shaped impant, it can rotate. To keep it from rotating, they texture it, and I believe texturing it creates more problem with capsular contracture, or firmness.
