I've been on birth control for years now. Last month, I had unprotected sex but took my pill at the exact same time everyday. 8 days before I was supposed to take my inactive pills, I started my "period?" I had brown discharge only when I wipe which lasted for 7 days up until it was time for my "regular period" to start. A couple of those days I used a tampon and it was still just brown. I am supposed to get my period this week according to my birth control schedule but nothing has happened yet ... Any ideas if this is normal??
