im 15 yrs old and im sexually active , when i hav intercourse i use comdoms , althought one time i didnt but it was only for a matter of seconds , i hav dry flakey skin on my penis that i can easilly peel off , im starting to get white spots on my testicals and 2 other hard spots on my testicals which hurt a bit when i touch them , i hav shaved once or twice and im wondering wt it cld be , on a part of my testicals the skin has come off and whenever i heals bk the skin jus peels off agen and it gets wet and quite itchy , does anyone know wt the hell i can do ???
