Help! I'm 21, and have had problems since I started my period at 11. I have tried at least four different kinds of birthcontrol pills. I'm now married and decided to quit taking them since I would bleed at any given moment and decided that it was not helping anyways to regulate them. I have been bleeding for about 7 months with maybe a day or two break each month. I went to a radiologist to examine my uterus and see if there could be a reason. Nothing seemed to have been a matter. So my primary care doctor gave me estogen to maybe stop the bleeding. Which doesn't make sense, but the bleeding has almost came to a stop after a week of the estogen pills. He said that the opening to my cervix is very small and can barely fit something the size of a pencil tip in there. So they think that it could be so small that all the blood doesn't have time to come out making it continuous. They want to dialate my cervix, but would that cause me to loose a baby if I were to concieve?
