menstrual complications after cone biopsy

hi, my name is Faith and i'm 22. i had a cone biopsy on the 9th of march this year after my pap smear results showed i had CIN1 and 2. Also had a bartholin cyst excision that day. About almost 5 weeks later i was this experiencing some vaginal bleeding, my gynae insisted it was just spotting, so in doubt i went to my GP to get a 2nd opinion and she saw that my blood was bright red so it couldn't have been nothing. She put me on Ovral 28, but only the white pills (mind u i'm also on the injection, cause of the roaccutane). a week late, i still had some bleeding....she gave me Cyklokaprons. Then i went back to my not so loyal GYnae who doesn't reply to messages or return calls. He told me to continue takking the cyklokaprons and stop taking Ovrals. He also examined my cervix, and said it has healed and whats causing the bleeding is the infection which he prescribed antibiotics for. The bleeding stopped after 3 days or something, but now i'm on my periods (which usually take 5 days) now its my 7th days and starting to get worried again. The menstrual blood is still bright red with a clods. HELP!!!!!
