See your doctor. The heavy bleeding is likely your abortion BUT it can also indicate an infection due to an incomplete abortion.
You need a follow up exam - NOW.
If the bleeding becomes very heavy or you feel light headed or dizzy then seek emergency medical attention immediately.
Just because you took a pill doesn't mean that it is safe. Abortion can be dangerous for the mother.
