No you don't need to loose weight as your below the weight you should be now and that is way to much weight to be Loosing in a week.
You really need to starting sensibly and keep your weight between what I said.

Hey Elisabeth,

Again I'm sorry it took me a while to get back to you I had to look up the cm/kg weights as we still use potatoes and matchsticks in the UK (stones and feet) So I wanted to be accurate with the weight thing,  Have you ever heard of a BMI chart?  It means .Body mass index'  Health care professionals use them as a guide to see where you should be weight wise for your height.  Its like a graph you find your height on one side and match it to your weight, it will then fall into one of the boxes 'underweight' 'Average' 'overweight' 'fat''so fat you resemble 'jabba the hut and need to be cut out of your house' o.O When looking at yours there is quite a large range your weight should fall into, weighing anything from 54KG - 72KG is what you should be aiming for, so to be considered medically overweight you would need to weigh over 73kg...which you are no where near and to be honest the people who fall into the just overweight category you probably wouldn't look at them and think they ate too many pies to compare to someone that MAY fall into the just overweight range Im thinking of someone the size Kelly Ozbourne used to be before she lost some weight.  She was not what I would call fat but using the chart would have probably just landed in overweight.  Now to give you an example of some one who would fall in the lower end of 'normal range' would be Megan Fox,  I'm sure no one would look at her and think she was fat, now to give you an example of the range your in I guess Id pick someone like Nicole Richie Take a look at this Image of her to see what I mean

http://s2.hubimg.com/u/2541617_f520.jpg  Or this one or Rachel Zoe http://s3.hubimg.com/u/2541494_f520.jpg  Ok so I realize its really irresponsible to compare to celebs as the media is where all this nonsense about how you should look comes from, but Im hoping you can see by me using someone popular as an example the different shapes, and what looks sexy and what to be honest looks horrible, like skin hanging over a skeleton.  Those girls I refereed to in the underweight area do have, or have had eating disorders and their are other famous ppl to some have died from it.

As youve mentioned you view yourself as tubby, when others are telling you this is not true.  When you look at those girls do you see them as fat?  Im going to guess not because your perception (how you see) other people is probably how it should be, however how you see yourself is a little off/  Where you think you are fat is probably areas where you either need extra fat or its loose skin, even looking at Nicole in that image it looked like her belly was rolling at the bottom, it was loose skin because she had lost so much weight her skin couldn't snap back into place, its job was made harder because she wasn't giving her body the nutrients it needed to do this.  We all need some fat on out body it does a very important job, keeping our organs and us warm and storing energy for us.

If you see yourself as not just overweight but fat, and your not even overweight btw then you do need to change how you see yourself.  If you are doing things like purging again you need to alter this behavior its not healthy.  I can write a huge list of what happens to people who continue down this road, but Ill keep it short (If I can) They loose all energy, faint and can hurt themselves landing, get sick more than other people, their teeth rot and fall out because the acid from sick burns the enamel off, it also does this to your stomach causing painful ulcers and the inside of your throat.  Your heart cant handle pumping the blood round your body with no fuel so stops working and you die, bones crumble due to lack of calcium, you stop growing, puberty gets messed up and your periods stop because you dont have enough spare fuel to put into growth as you can barley function as it is, your brain goes gaga again running on empty you cant concentrate, your nails snap and fingers are red and sore due to purging and lack of vitamins....yes this is the short list sooo many bad things happen from pursuing this way of life.

Ok so now the nag is out the way what can you do about it.  Small steps  Im not suggesting you go out buy a box of 10 dough nuts and gouge yourself silly But you need to try and make small changes and keep pushing yourself to make more until you hit the 'normal weight range'  The amount an adult female should eat daily is 2000 calories to keep her weight as it is,  This may seem a lot to you today, so whatever you are eating why dont you try and add another 200 on to that.  200 is not much really and its a step in the right direction.  Exersize is very important to keep healthy and if you want to be able to keep on exercising you need the energy to do it.  I'm not going to ask you to stop exercising, but do you think you could half the amount you have been doing?  If you are able to do this and gradually work up to more calories daily gain a little weight you may be able to stop this before it goes too far.  However if after a few weeks or even if you do manage to do this then a few months later slip back into old habits you are going to need to speak with some one who is expert in this area.  A school councilor can put you in touch wih the right people, or your DR.  It's not just you there will be others just like you all feeling the same.  You can find some information online about anorexia and bulimia but in all honestly I would try to avoid the forum sites and personal user storys for now and just stick to medical sites, as although some of this can be very helpful, some of it makes you aware of things you didn't know already and you learn a new bad behavior worsening your situation.  I am speaking from experience as for a few years I used to do this, but I really was fat lol no really like in the jabba the hut box on the bmi box (well almost) and it took me a while to quit the behavior, no one picked up on it with me as like I said I was overweight and even when I mentioned to my DR I was eating like 2x weekly he just shrugged b.c as Ive said I was overweight so he probably didn't think it was an issue, but it is whatever size you are inducing vomiting and skipping meals, excessive exercise and all these other things are part of an eating disorder and if you cant manage to get better for yourself, then theres no shame i reaching out for help.  Im always happy to talk to you,  hopefully I wont take as long if you need me again, and I think your only 1-2hrs time difference from me (ahead)
