I HAVE THE MARINA COIL IN AS A CONTERCEPTIVE ,BUT I WAS 5 WEEKS LATE THEN MY PERIOD CAME FOR 2 DAYS WHICH WAS LIGHT.BEFORE THAT IVE BEEN HAVING TERRIBLE PAIN AROUND MY WOMB AND FEELING VERY NAUSEAUS AT NIGHT AND AT TIMES BEING SICK .I DID 2 PREGNANCY TESTS AND BOOTH CAME UP NEGATIVE.BUT IM 2 WEEKS PAST ALL THAT AND STILL FEELING SICK AT NIGHT SOMETIMES TAKING THAT PAIN AT MY WOMB WHICH COULD OCCUR DURNING THE DAY AND SOME SPOTING WITH THAT.COULD I BE PREGNANT?OR HAVING AN ETOPIC PREGNANCY?

I had protected sex in March'17 with my boyfriend. Following that there was slight spoting of blood till a week after having sex. I didn't get my periods since last 8 months as I have PCOS and Thyroid.
However, I got my period in April'17 for complete 5 days and missed it in May & June as I had a date of 13th of every month for my period.
I need to get sonography done coz I'm having severe stomach ache since past week. Doctor comments it to be severe Gastritis or having an issue with the Gall Blader.
Is there still any chance that I would be pregnant looking at my whole period cycle and the scenario???
Please comment and clear my doubt.
