I am 30 years old,eight months ago i had a tubal ligation after my 3rd c section.I have not had a period since july and went to my local doctor,done a pregnancy test and it came back positive!! I have not had any pain or cramps but i have had symptoms of nausea,dizziness,constant tiredness,constipation and sore legs.I had a pregnancy scan and a vaginal scan 2 days ago and they could not find a pregnancy or an etopic pregnancy.When i was having the vaginal i experienced pain on my left side and pins and needles a kind of numbness also.I am very woried and just want some answers to what is going on!any info would be greatly appreciated.
