Hi, I use the same antidepressant and I also had may therapy increased from 75 mg a day to 100mg a day. It’s usual to start with a low level and increase gradually, in order to follow patient’s condition and see how it affects that specific person. It’s very important to follow up patient because adverse effects could include behavioral changes, suicidal behavior, worry, panic attacks, irritability, disturbed concentration, excitement, anxiety, numbness and tingling of the extremities and other not effecting nervous system like constipation, dry mouth, urine retention, vision difficulties, and increased ocular pressure.
