I hate corporations. I want to make enough money to live a simple yet comfortable life and have some extra cash to travel. I do not want to climb any ladders.

High enough to get an intern. ;)

Formula for ladder climbing in this joint requires the following:

1. a 4 yr college degree
2. a talent and desire for ass kissing
3. working (and I use that term loosely) extra hours so as to "be seen as
an extraordinarily dedicated employee"

Therefore, I will continue performing my duties as a serf to the utmost best of my ability.

Fubby, but the older I get, the less I want to be "in charge". Someone told me that I should apply for a supervisory position. NO THANK YOU!!

I'm happy just watching from the stands. The peeps on the field are aging before my eyes and look reaaaally unhappy. They have no family life and are just people I don't want to emulate.

no corp for me.

I just want to continue to teach until one of the following happens.
a. I get offered a college coaching job (not likely, but possible)
b. I get enough material. Then retire to write two books, and start a stand up comedy career based on education, the educational system, and the people involved in them.

I want to go as high up as possible if I cannot figure out a way of starting my own business, first.
