I think my doctor thought I was crazy. I live in Florida so heat exaustion was the most likely cause in their eyes. I would tell them it wasn't hot, I wasn't exerting myself, not doing anything I didn't do in a normal day and they would say "heat exhaustion effects different people more than others" sometimes heat exhaustion makes sense. Like when it happened when I fell off my longboard today, it was hot, I was riding a skateboard, not to mention I was hurt. But when I was bowling indoors like I did every single week. When I was outside taking photos of a little dog on a cool day when I chased golf carts with the same camera at weddings without any problems on much hotter days. It seems random, once a year maybe. starts with my heart racing and an overall bad feeling. Then my ears ring and I feel like I'm hearing people from underwater then my sight will get staticky until it goes dark. I always just splash cold water on my face and sit down, because that's what you do for heat exhaustion, which is what they said I have but it doesn't seem to chane much, it goes away on its own. Often leaving me feeling tired. It's been happening for a few years. I'm googling it now bc I'm a college now. These people don't know what's going on when it happens, I'm kinda alone with it now. I was lucky my roommate was home to help me get my wound covered so I could sit and not get blood everywhere while I waited for the episode of whatever this is stop, I doubt losing blood was helping it. She might not be here next time I happen to have two things that haven't happened to me in over a year happen at the same time. I just don't believe it's heat exhaustion. I've fallen off my board, I've rode to class on hotter days and pushed myself a lot more so I guess it had to do with the fall as it was a fairly bad one for me but trama, nerves, heat has no connection to a cool day relaxing with my camera...

Earlier today I was walking to my neighbours house to give them a present and we started talking for about 10 minutes. About 5 minutes into the conversation I started to see black spots and my hearing was going in and out. I waved it off as nothing at first but then it got worse. Suddenly I wasn't able to see at all and my hearing was very muffled. I started swaying and moving my knees in order to keep from falling over. Waves of heat and pressure kept going off throughout my body. I was shaking and sweating. Thankfully I was with other people and they kept the conversation going so I didn't have to talk. But by the time we left I still wasn't able to see clearly and could just barely hear anything over the white noise my brain was making. When I started getting my vision back I saw everything in almost an invert way. Blacks were red and blues were grey. It was really scary. I tried picking something up to move it inside but I couldn't feel my hand. When I got inside I sat down and drank a glass of water. I felt slightly better. All the while my eyes were open as if nothing was wrong. I still have a really bad headache from it 7 hours later.

Its good to have some reassurance that I am not the only person who has felt kind of like this on multiple occasions.

Almost the same happened to me, I got out of the bathhtub, I felt super dizzy so I sat on the toilet to catch myself, I Layer my head back then WAM, I couldn't hear or see at all and my eyes were wide open. I was so scared then I'm not really sure what happened next I think I fainted because I remeber me on the floor with no memory how I got there.

A month ago I was at a tigers game and suddenly I felt extremely sick like I was going to puke. Then I started to not beable to hear anything, everything was silent. Everything went black. I began to have a major panic attack which didn't help at all.. I began to loose consciousness. I was white and had lost all color to me. I couldn't stop puking. I was so weak I couldn't move at all, I couldn't even stand nor could I walk. I spent the whole day in the infirmary and was almost rushed to the hospital. Nobody would tell me what was going on. I over heard them say my blood pressure was serverly low. I've had the same thing hap

I've had those symptoms since I was 15, too. I'm still getting them whenever I stand up too quickly. . I feel fine at first, but as time goes on, it gets worse to the point that I fully faint. After that, I feel fine again and the process repeats. I'm on the 3rd repeat of this and I'm now 17. I've been told that it's just a sudden rush of blood from my head to my legs. I also happen to be really tall now, which I definitely wasn't before I was 10. That probably has something to do with it.

I've learned to just stand up and stand in a position which I feel stable in. Then, I just wait it out. Sometimes, I sway from side to side involuntarily, but I'm so used to it that I can still stay upright. Mostly...

Also, when I woke up from fainting the first 2 times, it was to my own mother Shouting. I think loud noises help, but I'm no expert so don't trust me on that!

The same happened to me in cooking class today!

I was in the middle of baking a cake and felt a little light headed but still carried on with my work. Then I felt really warm and I was breathing heavily. After that I started to loose vision and couldn't hear. And then this ringing noise was all I could hear. (I was feeling sick all day so im not sure if it was the heat in the kitchen) And after that I had told my teacher that I was going to throw up and whilst I was in the corridors I threw up in my mouth and quickly rushed to the bathroom and threw up. When I came back my teacher gave me some water and told me to sit down and everyone was telling me I looked very pale and not like usual self. Whilst I was walking home my friend told me I looked yellow? It's just been an hour since this happened and I'm afraid that I will throw up later! I don't want this to happen again because it was very scary....

You guys should look into Vasovogal Syncope (i may have spelled that wrong, My apology)
Im a 17 year old girl
I was hanging something in my bedroom one day & next thing i knew i started faintly then more aggressively hearing my mom asking what happened & whats going on & what was that noise, i reslized i was on the floor with a stabing pain in my ribs from hitting the corner of a shelf on my way down. I thought maybe i had just stood up too quickly or maybe i just hadnt eaten enough that day, but it continued to happen for the next few days. My mom took me to the E.R. Where they informed me i have Vasovogal Syncope.
