Im 13 and I was taking a shower when I started to feel nauseous and I couldn't breathe well. I thought it was from the steam so I stepped out of the shower and I started to lose my vision. I started to lose my balance and I unwillingly fell to the floor. I couldn't breathe at all and my breathing was like I just ran a marathon. I couldn't see at all now. So I went to the kitchen and leaned over the sink trying to breathe until my vision slowly came back to me, but I still leaned there until I could breathe well enough. Now I take lots of deep breaths and I'm not going to the doctor unless it happens again.

well this morning I woke up, got out of bed and everything was fine. I went to the bathroom to do my makeup and as I stood in front of the counter, my vision started to go black, almost in the way a television would fizz out. I instantly felt half of my face and body go cold and I began to sweat which is something I rarely do and ,mind that at this point I cannot see anything, I make my way to my mothers room and I find I can barely walk as my legs begin to wobble and give way, when I find her room and bed, I sit down and realise that she is trying to talk to me but I cannot hear her as there is a loud noise in my ears, almost like running water but intensified and powerful. I felt like I was going to throw up and I could feel my breathing was strange, my heartbeat was fast and I was taking short quick breaths unintentionally. I feel very hot so ignoring my mum as I can't hear her, I wobble to my own room as my vision comes back blurry, and change into colder clothing and as I go to reopen my door, I collapse on my floor and, trying to explain this is difficult, I felt as if I had passed out, no thoughts, I couldn't move, but my eyes were open. I don't remember anything from here on out but apparently my mum came in my room to check on me and saw me lying on the floor and put me in bed, I fell asleep and woke up about 6 hours later (happened at just before 7am and woke up at 12:30am) with the ringing in my ears going down to a slight ringing that you would have after a concert or club, and a migraine, which I get frequently anyway. my mum thinks it's vertigo.
