Bleeding from Vagina after being fingered.

Okay so this pops up a lot, but every situation is different so I want to clarify for my own. Me and my boyfriend have not had sex yet and he is my first sexual partner. We‘ve been together a little over 6 months and have done some heavy petting before, but this time we was different. Earlier, by a couple hours, we had gone biking and the seat really hurt. I ignored it and figured it was bruised so later we had decided to “play“ but it kind of hurt a little, again I figured it was bruised. But this time when he finished I was bleeding. Nothing serious just a small but constant drip and since then I‘ve been bleeding constantly but very little and some of the blood has been a brownish colour. Is this a result of biking or fingering and could I be damaged internally?
