in the last week a blisster or a spot has appeard on my vagina foreskin, it is itchy and very sore. i believe it to be more like a blisster because it has no head like a normal acne spot. but it is huge and has the circumfrance of my little finger nail. do you know what it might be and how i could possibly treat it
