Hello. I'm hoping someone can help me! 

I had an abortion March 11th (6weeks ago). After the procedure I only  bled  for a few hours. However, I had a brownish discharge for about a week (doctor said it was normal). I had a follow up appointment at the clinic. I was concerned because I still didn't get a period after 5 weeks and pregnancy test were still positive. But I just started birth control, so I thought that could be why I didn't get a period. At the appointment their test were positive also. So I got an ultra sound done. The tech assured me there was no continued pregnancy. But I have a blood clot in my uterus now. I have severe cramps, migraines, and dizzy spells. I am going back to the clinic next month for another follow up. If the blood clot is still there, I will have to get the procedure done again.

I feel so lost! Can somebody please help!?
