I am 26 years old and have healthy sexual life (steady partner).Yesterday, I noticed blood in my sperm and get this out of my mind. Is this a serious thing? Thanks!

Usually causes for blood in sperm are not known and problem resolves at its own, so don’t worry. But if this is happening regular, you should visit your doctor. Younger group of men (less than 40 years) are more exposed to STD, but as you say, you have a steady partner; or prostates- this are much more serious problems and need medical attention.
