okay so, I need some advice & if anyone is experiencing the same thing or anything remotely similiar to it could reply, it would be greatly appreciated.. sometime in January, I had went to my doctor for a yearly refill of my prescription for birth control & he had explained to me that my prescription had changed the way they sold their medicine. As in, instead of reordering my pills every month, I would get a prescription for 3 months at a time. He told me instead of taking the pills that make you start your period at the end of the first 2 months, just throw the pack away and start your new one and on the third month, take the whole pack as directed.. & I was wondering why my doctor would say this, bc the whole reason I'm on birth control is to regulate my cycle, so I figured it's best I have a period every month, but I didn't question, & I just did it. Well about 2 months go by & on March 24, 2015, right in the middle of taking the 3rd week of the 2nd month of my pills, I start bleeding(& this was on a Wednesday)& thinking that maybe it was just like, a break through period & that maybe my body wasn't used to not having a period every month, I continued to take my pills to see if it would get me off my period. Well, about 5 days after contining my pills, I'm still bleeding, & I start to wonder what's going on & if it's normal, so I stop taking my pills since they weren't helping get off & start to read up on things on and I begin to wonder if maybe I had a miscarriage considering I had huge clots during this time & that I would go through about 2 pads a day, with lower back pains & terrible cramping.. So, I make an appointment with my doctor & I ended up not getting in because I was late, so I rescheduled it for April 13, 2015. This "period" lasted for 2 weeks & 3 days ending on April the 10, 2015 & whenever it ended I was so overwhelmed with happiness because I was thinking I was right about it being a breakthrough period, so I go about my weekend without any spotting or cramping, & keep in mind I was active this night without any problems before or afterwards.well Saturday goes by and Sunday night comes around & as I'm changing for bed, I noticed a slight brown spot on my shorts and I go to the bathroom and I see nothing on my underwear, & not when I wiped either. I go about my night & I am active again & afterwards when I go to the bathroom, I start bleeding again.. please keep in mind that I have been with the same guy for 8 months, & that there isn't any way it could be an STD. Like I said before, I read up on a couple things & bleeding heavily was a symptom of an STD, so before anyone tries to diagnose me with that, I had to get that clear.. I am not taking my birth control anymore, but when I did, he wouldn't pull out. Could it be a possibility of pregnancy? Or something more serious.. please help.
