okay so I had sex with my boyfriend a few days before I was due for my period and we are always very cautious and use condoms but he always pulls out and this time he came inside the condom and he got really paranoid but didn't tell me until like 2 days later (keep in mind that my breasts were hurting already because of pms) and I know that it's not likely to get pregnant if you had sex right before your period and I told him that but he just wanted to put his nerves at ease so he bought plan b one step for me anyway and I took it 48 hours after the sex the next day my breasts were so tender it hurt to even wear a bra and I was a few days late but I got my period for about 8 days and it was heavy. Then when I finished my period on July 19th I had to wait a week to see him cause he was on a vacation and when we saw eachother it was July 26th. we did not have sex but we did some foreplay and he ejaculated somewhat on my underwear and I cleaned it off andwe waited an hour before he started fingering me (sorry tmi). An hour after he dropped me off at home I started thinking about what we did and started to remember that there was sperm on my underwear and I couldn't remember if it was dry or not so I worried that it got on his fingers and inside me when he fingered me. i ovulated on July 28th or 29th and this started to really worry me because my breasts started hurting. It's been more than a week since the incident and my breasts are really tender, I've had nausea but I think it's because I'm making myself nervous by thinking of this and my period isn't due for another 9 days and I don't know if it's because I'm pregnant or because the plan b is screwing with my hormones but I am scared and these posts have eased my mind a bit though. I am only 15 and I don't need a baby right now. I will post if I get my period girls.
Goodluck!

Your breasts Are sore because of plan b. I promise you. I took plan b and a week after I did my breasts we're so sore i couldn't even wear a bra. This lasted for about a week and a half. From what you have described there is absolutely no way you could get pregnant. Don't worry sweetie, you are fine. Plan b has a huge dose of hormones that will mess with your body tremendously! You're way to young for this to even be an issue. If you use condoms and there is no breakage there's no need to even take plan b. the more you take it the less effective it is and the side effects just get worse. Anyway, you're fine :)

GUYS!! I'm so happy to say that I got my period a few days ago it was quite weird because at first it was spotting at night which had stopped by the morning which scared me to death cause I thought for sure that meant I was pregnant and then a few hours later I went to go pee and a large amount of blood came out so I was happy and then I noticed that my pad wasn't getting stained at all so I went pee again and the blood would only come out when I peed and then it would be gone and then a day later my flow started getting back to normal and got heavier.. And my breasts stopped hurting!! Good luck guys

Hi ladies I would like to share my experience with yall since this post helped me out a lot when I was waiting for my period to get here and i see many of the posters didnt come back to say what happened.
So after finishing my period on sunday night i had sex monday and he took off the condom without my consent i did not know he did until almost at the end and he told me he would pulled out. given the fact that i had 3 plan b pills that i had bought in mexico for very cheap and I was in the heat of the moment I didnt mind because i thought "ill just take plan b tomorrow"
anyways i took plan b after 12 hours even though he pulled out and I was most likely not ovulating.
Then on tthe same week thursday we had sex again and this time with a condom but it broke and the cum got all on me. I still had 2 plan B pills but I was scare it wouldnt be effective since it would be my second pill in one week. I was not going to risk it so i took plan B again 1 hour after the incident.the next few days I woke up feeling naseous
after 5 days i started bleeding but it was a very dark blood and this lasted about 5 days. later that month my breast were tender and started breaking out which i thought was my period coming but then i missed my period I also had pack pain and my breast hurt almost every day i took several urine test and they all came back negative, however I was freaking out i thought my life was over .... 6 days later i got dark blood discharge again at first i thought it was my period but seeing how dark it was i went in to go take a blood test (it had already been 4 weeks since the incident) and the test came back negative. so I am not pregnant because those test are as accurate as they can be i continued to have the discharge but the next day it was more of a regular period with constant bleeding with some dark blood.
bottom line plan b messes with your hormones and can make your body feel like you are pregnant so more than likely anyone going thru this situation is not pregnant its just the plan B acting up . I am now about to start taking birth control pills you live and learn!!! I hope this helps out some of you

Did you end up getting your period??? Because the same thing happened to me just a week and 2 days ago. On 10/9/15 my boyfriend and I were intimate. We thought everything was fine but then 2 days later on Sunday morning I had to pee really badly. So as I went to the bathroom I felt something weird coming out, so when I looked inside the toilet I noticed a condom in there and I was really shocked!!!!!. So at around 1:20 pm to 1:30 pm I got the birth control pill and took it. Went to the hospital the day after because I felt a little bit weak and nauseous. Once I was inside I talked to the doctor that was there and told him what happened. He told me that it was very unlikely that I'd be pregnant because I took the pill 39 hours after what happened. If it wasn't for me peeing the day before I would have never found out. I asked him from a 1 to 10 how big was the risk and he said a 1. It's been a week and e days later now and I just noticed last night around 10:30 my nipples hurting. I'm so scared because I took out 39 hours after since I didn't know we had that accident. Hoepfully I'm just wrong and everything is fine. I've had cramps and a little bit of bloating but I'm still going to the clinic today to see what they tell me. Hopefully that test comes out negative and I'm ok.

I'm the same though my bf and I had protected sex. The only symptoms I'm experiencing is my nipple has been hard since I took the plan b pill and only my right boobs hurts a lot, It hurts when I wear a bra or if I touch it. I thought it might be a bad side effect of the pill and thought maybe I should go to the doctors. But after reading these messages I feel a bit better but if it doesn't go away after my period I'm going to see the doctors.

This website was the most helpful/calming source during my pregnancy scare, so I'm giving back by telling my story. I had intercourse with someone whom I later found out led me on...this behavior is completely unlike me and was not smart, in general. Not only was I terrified, but not having a pregnancy scare with someone you love is a one of the worst feelings I've ever experienced; I've felt so alone in this struggle. I was on my second fertility day (noticed it afterward), no protection, but he did pull out. Still, there is always a risk. I took Take Action (generic brand of Plan B, but same thing) about 32-33 hours after the incident, which means it was about 89% effective at that point compared to 95% within a day. The only symptoms I showed the first couple days were fatigue and a drop in mood, but that could have been stress from the obvious. I did not experience any early spotting or bleeding. 16 days after taking Take Action, I had thick, stretchy, egg-white discharge, which indicates ovulation. I would have been thrilled had there not been brown, blood-looking specks in it. I also got bacterial vaginosis (turned yeast infection later) a day after taking the pill and I believe the specks were due to the infection; this was either due to intercourse itself and/or Take Action throwing my pH way off. After ovulation, I had serious breast soreness for 3 days (even a burning sensation on one side for a little bit), which I haven't had for a couple years, plus ovary pain switching from side to side, so I was in super panic mode. Add lots of fatigue on top of those symptoms. In between that time and now (~1 week), I had random ovary pains. My period is 4 days late, but it's common for Plan B to delay a period, plus I've been under a ton of stress lately, so that's no surprise. I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative. I'll take another one later, just to be safe, but if anything changes, I will update my status. I hope this helps someone out there. I know it's inevitable, but stressing out really does make everything worse, which is probably where my nausea stemmed from during this experience.

don't worry!!!! You're not pregnant! The plan b pill caused me to have all the symptoms of pregnancy even 2 months after taking it! I could've sworn it didn't work and I was pregnant but I took numerous tests that were negative and I had my period! The plan b pill just f**ks with you for a bit but it works c;
