On October 29th this year I had unprotected sex took the day after pill exactly 24 hrs later. 4days later so I got a heavy period for 4 days. I felt dizzy a lot, buty boobs didn't hurt. I then completely missed my regular period on the 21st of November. I freaked because I had been feeling dizzy a lot. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. Well on the 29th of November my boobs started hurting like they had never hurt before! They were so tender and I kept feeling dizzy! So I went tou doctor and got a pregnancy test. Still negative. But my boobs hurt so bad in a way they never had I was convinced I was pregnant. Even to the point where I wanted to go to my obgyn and get a blood test. Well today I got my period, thank goodness! And my boobs still hurt! So the pill completely screws with your hormones and mind! Don't fret too much ladies. Just let the pill do it's thing

I'm glad I found this post. I'm a week late with all of the pregnancy symtpoms. I took Plan B within 2 hrs of my husbands condom breaking on Nov 24. Negative HPT and blood work to be done this week Just to be sure. I'm worried because my second pregnancy didn't test positive on HPT until 2.5 months pregnant. I will post my results as I find not many woman do. Baby #3 or Plan B being a bitter sweet saviour with these strong side effects??

Yes. I also have the tenderness and pain in just one breast!! I was concerned because I supposed anything attributed to plan B would turn up in both. I also got my period although it was shorter than normal. Which was about a week ago, and about two since taking the medication. Hoping it's a hormonal problem and that it'll balance in time.

so glad i found this thread. I took Plan B One Step on 3/10/14 and i took the pill SEVEN and a HALF hours after i had sex. The thing is today is 3/17/14 and my breasts are sore ( erect nipples) and I also am cramping. Besides that I am fine. I do get tired but that is only at night time.

This is my 4th time taking plan B. Last time I took the pill was in October 2013 and I got my period a week later, which was normal. I got my periods regular after that. I don't remember the time I took the pill before that but it was in 2012 before they came out with the One Step Pill. I even took a pregnancy test today 3/17/14 and it came out negative, but i know I tested too early. Is it normal to have cramping and tender breasts (erect nipples). I never experienced tender breasts with taking Plan

had unprotected sex day 15 of cycle. took morning after pill on day 17. experienced a bit of spotting (red) the next day. experienced some more light spotting (brown) a few days later. started experiencing breast tenderness, light cramps, frequent urination, increased appetite, fatigue. took hpt day 27 of cycle with a negative result. still experiencing symptoms, took another hpt on day 30 of cycle with a POSITIVE result.

I am so glad I looked at these posts. It's been a few weeks since I took plan B and I have swolen breasts and my nipples hurt to the touch. I had slight bleeding about a week after taking plan B, only for about two days.

Okay we'll I had my normal period which is about 8 days . After being off of it for 3 days I had unprotected sex Nd my fiancé did come inside me with in 12 hours I took a pill (my way) just lik the plan B .. We'll I then had another period for 3 days and I keep having ovarie pains and emotional and my boobs are swollen . After the 3 days my boobs are still swollen it's been a week with the bloating and soreness .. Scared if the pill didn't work . And sometimes after I eat it's lik the food sits in my throat ... Idk if I'm prego but it's been 2 weeks and couple of days ????? I don't wnt to tak a test to early ?????

So thankful for these forums!!!! Took plan B within 12 hours of "the incident". I am way too young for a baby and am not sure if I had protected or unprotected sex. Anyways 5 days after I have been having breast swelling and soreness. I really hope it's due to the plan B. Best of luck to everyone!
