Me and my boyfriend had sex on the last day of my period. The condom broke and we are not sure if he ejaculated in me. I took a plan b pill two 48 hours after unprotected sex 3 weeks ago and my breasts have started to get really sore since this week. I took a pregnancy test after 8 days of my missed period and it was negative, but I mean it was too early.. my period if 2 weeks late and im taking another pregnancy test on Saturday and im freaking out.... could I be pregnant? I hadnt ovulated when I had sex, it was actually 3 days after my last period... help please I cant even sleep.

if it was 3 days after your last period, it's unlikely but still possible. i had unprotected sex, ovulated the next day, then took plan b the day after that. i ended up pregnant and gave birth to a healthy baby girl 2 weeks ago

For those of you going through this situation and having these symptoms, I have good news! I am not pregnant but had almost all of these symptoms prior to starting today. My breasts starting getting Very tender about a week after taking the pill and it continued for two more weeks. I also felt nauseous, had some brown spotting, and felt bloated. I really think it's just all the hormones and I ended up getting my period just one day late!! Chances are everyone is fine!

Ok, i'm reading everyone's comments and responses and oh wow!! I am getting the same exact symptoms. I am experiencing: very severe breast tenderness, my breasts are swollen, the Ariola's and nipples are swollen and hard, it hurts for a T-shirt to just rub across them. I am bloated, my fingers are swollen — this is NOTHING like any PMS I've ever had. I too had unprotected sex with my boyfriend only 2 days after my period stopped, well out of my ovulation range. However, I took Plan B as a precaution almost 18 hrs later.
It's been a week and a half and I'm sooooo sore. I wish this would just go away. I was fearful of getting pregnant as well, but swollen/sore breasts come about a month or 2+ after fertilization, not 1 week.
I'm sorry we're all going through this at the cost of preventing pregnancy & being responsible, but I'm relieved to know I'm not the only one. OW.

I have been having some really weird symptoms as well.
First off. I took Plan b a week before my period was suppose to come. And I didn't actually even have intercourse.
A week later I had what seemed like a period. It was light but every time I would pee it would come out in clots. This went on for about 2-3 days.
My boobs were tender at first but then the tender feeling reduced. Although they began to swell up and the areoles began to get darker.
I haven't taken a pregnancy test and I'm so worried. Could I be pregnant?

Okay, so I started my period on the 17 of janurary and finished around the 21nd roughly from what I can remember. My bf on the 22 went in but not all the way. He didnt want to break my hymen and he didnt cum. The next morning we did it again but I wasnt sure if he broke my hymen or not this time he came but nowhere near me. that morning I took the plan b pill just to be sure. at first I didnt get any symptoms but a week later I started cramping badly. I then started a light period that lasted about 5 days. A week later I got bad cramping for half a day and it stopped. Its now a week before my next period and i'm getting little pains in my belly area and my breasts. My nipples look a little harder and i'm getting little dots around it. Either thats not normal or i'm sending myself into major parenoia and anxiety. Please reasure me!!!

I took the my way pill on last wed and I didn't feel any pain nothing till Fridaybut iI ignored it and Sunday the breast was tender . the nipples are very hard. I am scared if I am preggonor if is the effects of the pill. I want to take a preggo test but so nervous just thinking an taking it. Today will make a week since I took the pill . but I feel is too early to take a preg test and hoping if my period comes this week if not then next wed I take a pref test. So I'm kind of freaking out.
I took plan b less than 24 hours after my incident. It was a WEEK before my actual period. I took it and bled on time as my normal period. Now I couldn't tell if that was my period or just plan b. it was lighter and lasted 5-6 days. After the bleeding, a couple times a day I'll get off and on light bleeding. Not enough bleeding to worry about "bleeding through." So my question is, should I be worried? Did the pill work? Or is this implantation bleeding?
I have had swollen breasts and darker nipples + areolas. I have been cramping on an off even after 12 days of taking the pill I am still having these problems.
Should I be worried!?

I'm currently experiencing similar stuff. I had unprotected sex (he did ejaculate inside me accidentally apparently) with my boyfriend in the heat of the moment and couldn't get my hands on the morning after pill until around 77 hours after the incident. The pill I took states that it should only be taken within 72 hours but I took it anyway. Later I calculated that I had the unprotected sex right around the time I was ovulating (I had sex on the 1st very early in the morning and ovulated either on that day, the 2nd or the 3rd. I took the pill on the 4th) meaning fertilisation could likely have occurred. A little more than a week later was when the symptoms started; mild abdominal pain, bloating and the most tender breasts and nipples I've ever had in my life. I'm very freaked out and I'm praying that the pill prevented implantation and these symptoms are due to the huge dose of progesterone in the pill. My period is due tomorrow or the next day and if it doesn't come I'm doing a pregnancy test, I know the pill can delay your period for up to a week but I can't handle the suspense. I'll try and reply with the result.

Hey there I am in the same boat as you but mine happened on Friday 6th March I took the pill on the Saturday. Felt so sick and lightheaded. Didn't vomit. Felt c**p for a whole week then got my period within a week of taking the pill (my period wasn't due for 2 weeks) it was a relatively light period compared to my usual. I feel like I have gained 5 kilos and I am craving salty foods and iratable and my breasts... OMG they seriously hurt so bad and nipples are hard as rocks :( wth! I have had bloating and back pain and I am exhausted... like soooo tired. I hope it all works out for you. From reading all the posts I think we will be totally fine but they should tell you these symptoms on the packet or on the other websites. If I didn't do a different google search I would not have found this thread.
