For about three months, about once every few days, while laying in bed not able to sleep I get a tiny pinpointed electric shock that lasts just a microsecond. It's a powerful enough shock, but then it stops instantly. It's right at the skin level. It's not the same as a sudden body jerk, but is literally a tiny electric shock, isolated in a small spot on the skin. The first time it happened it was right over my heart area. Then it happened in my mid back. Then in my leg. Then in my arm.

Anyone know what might be happening?
