Bump under skin near bottom left corner of nose causes pain

about 10 years ago my sister knocked out half my front tooth and killed a nerve i went to the dentist and her put a replacement tooth in,a couple years later abover the tooth where ur gumline and lip intersect i got pains and every month there would be a grwoth there filled with puss causein my lips to swell and cause alot of pain then itd pop and puss would come out sometimes lil bit of blood at the end then it would come back again,just 3 years ago its stopped and a year later thers been a bump near the bottom corner of my nose in the skin when i press on it it hurts alil and it its hard to explain but where the puss thingy was when i touch it uunder my nose when i press it still hurts and i think the bump goes from that spot to the corner of my nose at the bottom of my nose...its weird to caus eon the roof of my mouth theres is a lil bump and when i press it with my tongue and i touch the bump where my nose is it pulsates like i can feel it go up alil but its deep in my skin to the point where it aint a pimple cause it cant grow out or w/e.when i had the puss thingy i was told that maybe im allergic to citric acid so i stopped drinkin it for a long time and it went away and thats when this formed near my nose.I still am takin advil cause it still causes discomfort to me sometimes...anybody please help me,or know what this could be.
