When I urinate, I get a hot, burning feeling as the urine passes through. This is closer to the tip of the penis, as opposed to being further up.

A few times, I don't have this burning feeling, but in those cases, I feel "pressure", as if a lot of urine is trying to go out through a smaller opening than intended. This pressure doesn't hurt at all! It seems to around the same place as where it burns.



In both cases, always at the end of my urination episode, it feels like a little bit of urine is trying to get out but gets "stuck" at the tip. If I strain or if I try to push it out, it sometimes passes through (just 10-15 drops in a thin stream) but it burns/hurts when it goes out.



I've had this going for 2-3 months now. Everything was fine before.

I have a urologist's appointment scheduled in about a month. He's prescribed me blood tests, a uroflow test, and a collection-urine-in-a-jug-for-24-hours test to happen in a few weeks. At our initial appointment, he found some crystals in my urine, but the test wasn't conclusive. At our initial test, he found some possible crystals in my urine, but the test wasn't conclusive.


Anybody else have the same symptoms as me? Any thoughts? It's strange that I've had this for so many months.
