Hi i'm new here and worried. For the last week i have had a burning feeling at the tip of my penis after i urinate. I have no pain, no discharge, no fever or rash,no swellings or testicular pains and the burning is mild. Also i have a tiny red spot just inside my urethra . I have not has sex with anyone but my wife of 25 years and i hope she hasnt been unfaithful (doubt it) Shortly before this burning began during sex i placed my penis on my wifes anus but did not enter it.
Could this problem be caused by that action? I'm very worried.I have sent of a urine sample for culture and sensitivty tests. but that will take days and i am hoping for some reassuring advice?

Hi mate,
I too am new to this site. The spot you speak of shouldnt worry you too much as i too had a spot on the right side of the penis. A visit to my GP revealed a higher then normal level of testosterone (could of been brought on by stress).
To the second question, the burning while urniating. How long has this been going on? I find that certain types of energy drinks can cause a burning type of feeling while urinating. With me it is mainly lucozade that causes this.
As for the placing the tip of the penis against your wifes anus. It is obviously frowned upon in certain cultures as you may well know. But the only time it should worry you is if you actually entered the anus. Speaking from experience the anus would feel tighter then it would if you were entering the vagina. As you enter the anus the tip of the penis opens up more.
Protection is highly recommended as it is for all sexual acts. Chlymidia is what you could expect from unprotected anal sex, You will know if you have this as you will get random discharges from the penis, a yellow colour which can have quite a stong smell to it (the same for your partner). It is easily treated but you must make sure that both you and your partner are tested and that even if the symptoms dissappear you must take the full course of antibiotics.

Hi Andy ! Thanks for the reply ! It did help thanks it settled my mind a bit.The good news is that my urine results came through....and the Doc has checked them and says all clear and no action required ! YES ! Jeese what a relief ! I was starting to belive that my wife had cheated on me.(ashamed )

It natural to think the worst when things like this start to happen. I found out that if you drink too much of the energy drinks then your body gets rid of the exess glucose through your urine and it is this exess glucose that causes the burning.

I have the same problem as it has been explained in this forum. I mean i have inside the urethra a little bump somtimes glossy one (indeed i have two inside the urethra, more than two and half years by now, one on each side but absolutely no pain) and sometimes less but never had a pain. I shown to the many urologists but they said its not at all a problem. But honestly they didnt much of tests. Recently, one urologist tested by inserting a long stick inside the urethra two times which pained me like hell but immediately was ok and given an antibiotics for 6days as he diagonised that i have streptococcos and he told that is nothing to worry about and these two red glossy dots go away but its almost two weeks and it didnt go away!!!
But still I have the bump inside the urethra and my penis is having pimples which come and go. Besides this I have some times bearable burning and also when i urine it burns a bit! I go urine good but when i finish urine i go bit by bit for one more minute to empty it!!! I am extremely worried Andy!!!
After taking an antibiotic for 6days Amoxicillin, i had three days diarhea and now since two days i have pimples on my tongue! Could you please help me! Please help me, honestly feel very depressed!!!
