burning at end of urinating and some bleeding; yeast infecti

okay so this started a few days ago.....i have been having what i believe yeast infections on and off for a couple of months and now every time i go to the bathroom i get this slight burning sensation at the very end... just at the end not throughout, and sometimes there's blood....i wont see it until i wipe and it looks to be coming from my vagina which kinda freaks me out just a little, and the last time i went i bled more than i had before and these chunky clot and stringy looking things came out...completely different from when i experience my period , which wont come for another few weeks ....so if anyone could help me figure this out ..it would be greatly appreciated, and if there are any questions that i can answer for help i would gladly answer them....
