Sooo I've had this problem for some time now. Like since August. When I urinate sometimes it burns and I can feel it to my sphincter. The pain is much more mild if I drink a lot of water or even if I am ejaculating. Ive gotten FREQUENT sti tests to see if that was the cause but they've always been negative...any ideas as to why this is happening then?
