Hello. I'm 20 year old male and I have developed one very delicate problem I would like to discuss with you. About ten days ago I started to feel strong pain after ejaculating.
You see, I'm still not sexually active and I'm masturbating over then five years know. All this time I have never experience a problem like this one and this scares me a bit. The pain is at the tip of my right testicle and every time I ejaculate this really chunky sperm comes out. Is there anything to do to prevent this from happening?
Could this be something dangerous although I know that this couldn’t be some sexually transmitted disease!?

Hello. I have just read your post and decided to help because I can clearly see that you are upset about this. You see, I think that it’s better that you are not sexually active in this moment because trust me- the anticipation and experience of pain with ejaculation will most certainly inhibit the joy of sex. I have read a lot of things about this ejaculating pain and infection and inflammation of the prostrate is often responsible to it. This is serious condition and requires medical attention. There are of course some other possible causes. A virus can also invade the testicle. This condition called orchitis is usually very painful and can cause a swelling and shrinking of the testicle. Probably the best thing for you now is to contact your urologist and schedule an appointment.

I've had the same experience couple years ago, it's not a serious problem it's just an infection that you have in your testicles I went to see my Dr he gave me some capsules and it worked perfect! now I have the pain but not as much as before . it mostly happens when I hold the ejaculation otherwise I don't feel pain form more than 20 seconds. once again it't not a HUGE problem it's just a little bit of infection which can be relieved by some priscriptions by your DR unless it's genetic in your family then that would be a serious issue!

I've had this twice. It could be caused by different things, most all if not all, very curable. What you don't want to do is let an infection go in your body and damage other things. Go to the doctor. I know it's embarrassing, but I promise you, that it's a lot worse in your mind than it is in the Dr's office. Go get it looked at and taken care of. Don't sit around worrying and do nothing.
