I have had every sympton that you can have with lupus and then some. I also had breast cancer (hormone receptive) After 8 months of chemo I developed a rash and had to go through 2 biopsies. Both came back as LSE postive. Went to the rhumatologist and tested negative more than once. I have suffered the symptons now for 8 years and had them when I was in my teens. I really don't care what I have, I just want a straight answer. They have kept giving me the lupus drugs but want tell me straight out that it is lupus. Atleast when I had cancer they gladly told me straight out like they seem to be proud they could tell me I had a tumor the size of a golf ball. So I have been reading that many people are just as frustrated and confused as I am. My check up yesterday I was told my D levels were very seriously low. NOT SUPRISED! They just continue to get lower and lower but they are quick to tell me that.....they just don't like the work lupus but they don't mind the word cancer and how I am at a very high risk for lymphoma. My father died from it. Though he went to every type of specialist you can name for two long years..they only were able to discover it 3 days before he died. I can fight if I know what I am fighting. Atleast I knew what I was up against with my cancer, but telling me I MOST LIKELY have some life threatning disorder is not helping me ! !
