I started taking nextstellis as a birth control but I had unprotected sex after taking it for 5 days. The instructions says to take for a week before unprotected sex so I was wondering if I should take a plan b to prevent pregnancy. (This happened on day 10 of my cycle)

No, it is not likely that you will get pregnant after having unprotected sex within 5 days of starting birth control. It can take up to 7 days for the birth control to become effective, and it is recommended to use a barrier method of birth control (like condoms) in addition to any hormonal birth control for the first 7 days of use
