I was diagnosed with sle about 6 months ago and the medications give me really bad side effects? Can SLE worsen over time without help of medications?

You should talk to your doctor about the bad side effects of the medication maybe he or she can prescribe something else and ask the doctor if it will get worse if you dont take the meds
