My doctor says that if I smoke marijuana I should continue to still take depakote, lithium, lamictal, welbutrin, risperdal, paxil, and ativan. Last time I did I had reaction with depakote. Can some of these meds. have serious reactions with medical marijuana ? :-P

Maybe you can ask someone at a pharmacy who knows more about actual medication side effects and/or interactions with other medications. Doctors have been known to make mistakes when prescribing medication since they don't really know all about the medications they can prescribe besides what they can help bandaid - which can result in death. I don't think that marijuana will effect any other medications however some prescription medications state that you should not smoke when taking them and mainly for cardiac and vascular reasoning.
