hello , im 20 years old and i had a abortion when i was 18, oct 2010. i am worried now because i cannot get pregnant, me and my bf have been havin unprotected sex for about a year now and still no pregnancy, my bf already has a child from a previous relation ship so it must be me. i do smoke, and some times smoke weed, but however i am trying to quit as that may be affecting my chances, i have semi regular periods and we have sex every day, can some one give me some advice because its so disheartening all i want is a baby?

It does not have to be you. You've been pregnant before.
Both of you should see a fertility specialist, yes, both of you. You can both expect a full physical exam. You'll also have bloodwork and an internal exam, your boyfriend will have a sperm count done.
