Ok I have been with my Fiance for about 3 years now and we are trying to have a kid! there is a problem! I dont think that i am able to concieve! I have irregular monthly periods and i never know what day of the month that i am going to get on my period! We have had sex without any kind of preventions! Is it possible for me to get pregnant or do i need to get a doctors opinion? I really need to know because I hate to worry and My fiance and I really want to start our family! We are of age and are going to be on our own soon with plenty of help!

We don't begin to consider fertility issues until a YEAR has passed without success.
If it has been about a year, you both should see a fertility specialist. You can expect a complete physical, bloodwork, and an internal exam. Your partner can expect to submit a sperm count.
Have you ever had your irregular periods evaluated? This might be a good time. It may be a minor hormonal issue.
