Hi, I’m 18and am worried about something and I was hopping someone can help me. I was feeling too embarrassed to contact doctor over this because it sounds a bit strange.
Recently, while I was ejaculating, I have noticed that I have some yellow clumps in semen. My girlfriend didn’t notice this and I’m scarred to sleep with her again because I maybe suffer from some sexually transmitted disease.
I always used condom and I’m not worry I got some sexually transmitted disease but you can never know for sure.
Could this be sign from some STD or maybe some infection related to my genitals or to my urine ducts?

I understand your problem completely because I have those clumps in my semen even right now. I contacted my doctor over it and my general practitioner did some testing and he found nothing wrong with my semen.
He told me that mail semen is usually a bit yellowish and not white.
And that’s it.
Beside that, there can be several possible reasons of your clumps in your semen. First, it can be cause by prostatitis-inflammation of prostate, gland located below bladder. Epididymitis could also cause this because it keeps semen between two ejaculations.
Also, some trivial urine infection could be the cause because in one part semen and urine ducts are the same and inflammation could transpass to the semen ducts, prostate and testicles.
Whatever is the cause, it can't be treated non-professionally!
You must contact your GP, do some semen and blood testing, determine are there any bacterias in it and start to use appropriate medications!
Good luck!

Wow, that's not true at all. As long as it doesn't hurt then don't worry about it. Drink more water and ejaculate more often. It's perfectly normal and tons of guys get that.
