Hi, I have cfs but also I suffer from narcolepsy. I suppose that I can’t get rest at night easily because of stress. What is the incidence of cfs and narcolepsy occurring together?

Hi, my mother suffered from chronic fatigue syndrome. Sleep apnea is disorder that can cause daytime fatigue. But, in most cases patients are not even aware of this. A breathing disorder often marked by loud snoring and thrashing in bed leads to sleep apnea. If someone is exhausted all the time and needs rest, falling asleep suddenly is not rare to see. So, narcolepsy or suddenly falling asleep can be seen together with sleep apnea. Try to relieve fatigue by adequate rest and learning relaxing techniques. If you stay under constant pressure for longer period of time, you can get some chronic or serious disease.
